TEAM BIOS Ben Baker has been in the business of listening to and serving those seeking to buy, sell, build or lease residential real estate since 1989. His unwavering dedication and high-touch customer service is proven by the fact that more than 90% of Ben's annual business comes from repeat clients or their referrals to others. In fact, Ben believes in relationships and information FIRST, knowing that business will naturally follow.
A top producer, Ben joined the Dallas Preston Road office of Keller Williams in February 2001, has served on is Agent Leadership Council and currently serves on its Recruiting Committee. He also is a trainer, teaching classes for all agents. Ben was born and raised in Plano, Texas. In 2006, Ben was inducted in the Panther Football Hall of Fame at his high school alma mater, Plano East. He and his family reside in Far North Dallas.
Her prior experience includes serving from 2001 - 2005 as the vice president of marketing and communications for Meeting Professionals International, a global association for meeting industry professionals with more than 20,000 members. Before that, she was senior vice president for the Dallas office of Edelman--one of the world's largest public relations firms--servicing brand name clients such as Pizza Hut, La Quinta Inns, Wyndham Hotels, Greyhound Bus Lines, ClubCorp, and Texas Tourism. Her agency experience spanned nearly 15 years, equipping her with a deep understanding of client service and driving bottom-line business results. Allison graduated from Baylor University in 1986 with a dual degree in American Studies and journalism. She has won numerous awards throughout her career including the highest recognition of a public relations campaign possible from the International Public Relations Society. She is a committed volunteer at her children's schools, currenly serving as president of the Shepton High School Booster Club and as a member of the School-Based Improvement Committee for Frankford Middle School. She also is communications chair and newsletter editor for her neighborhood's homeowners association. |
